Registration

The table below shows the conference fees for AiML-2012. All amounts are in Danish Kroners (DKK). 100 DKK is approximately 13 Euro. The deadline for registration is August 20.

What the fee covers

The conference fee covers one copy of the proceedings, lunches, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, cakes, mineral water, etc., as well as an excursion on Saturday afternoon. The conference fee does not cover the conference dinner, which is optional. Tickets for the conference dinner are bought separately through the registration site at the same time as paying the conference fee. The conference dinner will be in the evening of Friday, August 24th.

PhD students

If you are a PhD students and have registered with the reduced fee, you are required to provide official documentation in English of your status as PhD student from your supervisor. Please send the documentation to Torben Braüner, torben@ruc.dk. Remember to include your full name in the e-mail.

The lower fee for PhD students is made possible by financial support from the HYLOCORE research project.

Registration and payment

Registration and payment is handled by a conference management system that allows entering various information not relevant for AiML - please only fill in the following text fields:

• All fields marked with an asterisk.
• The "Affiliation" field.
• The "Special Requests" field if you're a vegetarian, vegan or suffer from a food allergy. Note that in this case you have to register at least 10 days before the conference, to allow the kitchen to be prepared.

Payment is possible using one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB, Dankort, VISA-Dankort, eDankort. Payment will not be refunded. To register and pay, follow this link. Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to you when the payment has been received.
